Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the product you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all cables and accessories are included, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your package via a tracked shipping service to our designated returns center; please retain your tracking information until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
